Pull off color blocking & defining your waist

I'd like to thank everyone for participating and discussing the blog posts I had about finding your right body shape. I'm also very happy with the feedback I got from ladies who found it inspiring and helpful and have tried out some of the tips I gave, it makes me feels great that I touched at least one person out there.
Well for this blog I will be teaming up with Josie from a fanpage on facebook called OMF- Open Mind Fashion. Give her a like and tell her I sent you http://Facebook.com/openmindfashion (copy and paste if needed)

OMF is a fanpage all about fashion talk. A place for us girls to see what's new, what's in and learn something from one another. Well I'm teaming up with her to give you ladies more ways to work with color blocking and defining your waist line. This was the topic in the apple shape blog, wearing clothing that separates your body by either color blocking or wearing a waist belt not only gives you a defined waist line that the apple shape does not naturally show but it will make you look more slim and in some cases taller.

Josie took the time to get some great dresses from Piperlime that I agree, would be great to color block your waist and give you that slimming look.
This dress is my top favorite simply because it defines the waist in a great way while color blocking. The two green color blocks makes the human eye go inward and then it makes the eye to look up and down. This is great because if the eye goes side to side the outfit will most likely make you appear bigger. The placement of the color is great, the blue is on the bottom to cover your tummy and hips if that's a big area for you and the green is slightly lighter and points at your natural waistline in which you want to emphasize. The white is the lightest because as in every body shape you want your bust to not be hidden and white brings the entire dress together.
Stripes are normally said to be a no no on well most of women but this dress actually can do some good mainly because of the stripes, how they are placed and the color of them. Black and white are two great colors to color block with because the black can disguise the parts of your body that need to be slim and the white will bring attention to the parts that need be. I like how the main point is the center, waist line, of this dress. As you can see as the dress gets to the center the black lines get thicker and that effect is what gives you the defined waistline in this dress because then as the lines go all the way up then down the white lines get bigger drawing the eye to your legs and to your face and away from people looking at your side to side but again up and down which could make you look slimmer and taller. So a good plus about lines they need to be thicker around the waist and smaller towards the legs and bust and darker color stripes with a lighter color will give you that defined waist line and lose that fear of stripes.

This dress color blocks with a waist line color of black to show where the natural waistline is and the black on the sides will hide the hips. The accent red on the bottom of the dress will give you a long look. Now the V neck cut of the neckline is great to accent with an embelished necklace that will bring the human eye to look up at you because it's better to have someone looking up and down your silhouette compared to sideways which will mak you look bigger. A knee length dress or skirt is perfect because its more complimentary to any body shape.

Give a big thanks to Josie at Open Mind Fashion (OMP) and be sure to check out their fanpage on everything fashion. http://Facebook.com/openmindfashion

These are some pointers for defining your waistline and looks that will make you look long and slim.

How to properly measure you body

Trying on clothing can be a pain especially with clothes fitting differently at every other store that you go to. So in this post ill give you some advice on how to properly measure your body. It's good to know your measurements because then you will have a better idea of what your whole body measures at so then t can be easier knowing what sizes to stay between.

What you will need:
Tape measure
A friend to measure you
Pencil
Paper
Tight fitting clothes that won't add bulk, I usually wear a fitted tank top and shorts or a swimsuit.

In the picture below is where you want to measure. You have your bust, natural waistline, hips and inseam.

When measuring the bust you'll take both arms and lift them straight out to your sides at shoulder height, like a kid playing airplane. Then your friend will take the tape measure and wrap it around the fullest part of your bust. Then you will lower your arms and just breath normally; don't poke your chest out and stand up straight. Write down your bust measurement and move to the waist.

Your natural waist line is normally slightly above your belly button. The easiest way to find that is place your hands on our hips and bend sideways, keep your hips parallel to the floor. Keep your legs straight and stand up tall. When you bend your friend should see the crease in your sides. This is your natural waist line and should measure here with the tape measure. Arms should be down at your sides ,continue to write this measurement down.

Now measuring your hips, this should be again at the fullest part of the bottom half of your body. Wrap the tape measure around with hands at your side and write your measurement down.

Your full body measurements should read like this for example- 34-27-39.
The inseam is simply the length of your legs and this comes in handy to know if you need short, regular or long pants. I have a 33 inch inseam so I normally need long pants but it also depends on your preference and the designer who made the pants. Some brands that are long they make their pants for the extreme long inseam and then I'll have to get regular.

There are two ways to get your inseam- spread your legs shoulder width apart and as shown in the picture above go from the inside of your leg and go down to where your ankle stops. This is the inseam of your legs and best fitting length of pants. Now if you don't have someone to measure this for you, what I have done before is take a pair of pants that you love the length of and measure them the exact same way. Lay them flat on the floor and from one of the inside legs start at the crotch of the pants and measure down to the bottom leg, hem of the pants.

That's pretty simple : ) now you have your body measurements to go off of when you need fitted for clothing and if you're into it it's something to keep track of if your starting to loose weight and want to see physical body changes.

At Keaton Row and me as a stylist I offer to help women find their measurements as well as finding their body shape; apple, pear, hourglass or straight. Rectangle shape: the straight and narrow

The second most common body shape is the rectangle body type. There is no definition in curves from shoulder to hip. Most women will have little to no bust hence why many call it the boyish shape. It's common for the rectangle group to gain weight in the midsection, arms and upper thighs but their best asset are their lower legs.

Being a straight shape you can really play with many textures, prints and colors; as long as you don't over due it. This is so because you'll be adding an appearance of curves, a waistline and volume. To define your waist line tips with a wind v-neck, u-neck or off the shoulder are great. Then you can add a wide dark colored waist belt at your natural waistline. To determine your natural waistline bend sidewise with your hands on your hips, where your torso creases is where your natural waistline will be. You don't have to always wear a waist belt though. find tops that have an empire waistline or anything that nips at the waistline.

For curve appeal even wearing the right bra can help you out. Even if you don't think you need one, get fitted for the right one. You can break up your body by wearing a print on the top and dark colored bottoms. Like I said before you can play around with texture such as ruffles or a shirt that has gathers, things like this will add volume to your body shape along with jewelry. Also the color possibilities and prints are endless. Usually if another body shape wears prints on the tops or bottoms it will make them look too big, but for you, you're of course trying to add that volume so try the brights and try the flowers and animal prints. Simply find what works for you and skin tons can play in what colors and prints look best on you as well.

Your pants and skirts are along the same lines; bubble skirts, flare leg hem, wide leg hem, mid low rise waist etc. the list goes on. When getting anything from shorts, pants to skirts try and find them with details. The one bottoms you want to stray from are the low rise pants and trouser these will elongate your torso and just might make you look smaller with less curves.

Any questions please feel free to ask I will answer the best I can. I am no expert all my information has come from what I learned from modeling, school, designing clothing myself, and styling clothes for clients I have. It's fully up to you if you agree with what I have to say or want to take all my information and use it as a base to start learning what shape you are. Even if you know more or you are a rectangle shape and you found something that works for you I encourage you to share, I take as much input and advice as the next person.

Time for the hourglass

36-24-36 is the size that many woman want to be, it's considered to be the ideal shape in our society.
If you're an hourglass shape your upper body will measure closely to your hips and your waist will be about ten inches smaller creating that hour glass look.

It can be difficult for a woman to keep her ideal shape of an hourglass. Through age and having children most women will loose it and usual go more towards an apple. But eating right and exercise can keep you there as well as if you want to get the shape it is possible but, my advice, do it for you and no one else completely love you for you. : )

When you have an hour glass shape you would want to bring more attention to you waist. The tops should nip at the waist without adding bulk to your bust. A tailored look is the key here, which some, who can afford it, get their clothing custom made or get to a tailor to take in clothing to fit their specific shape and this can go for any shape. Jackets are great for layers looks but the short jackets that stop just above the hip will define the waist even more without hiding it and making the eye go to the hips.

The best complimenting neckline for an hour glass shape would be v-neck or a scooped narrow neckline. V-necks do great when slimming down the bust then continued accented with a nice necklace. You will want to try and stay more toward solid colors or color block. This simply means two things,  if you are wearing say a blue shirt, add a red waist belt or add a different color of blue waist belt. This will break up your midsection and bring out your waist line and the body will appear more slim. You can also color block with different color shirts as layers, having a green shirt with an orange blazer. Or shall I say three things, you color block as well when you wear a color on your shirt then a different  on your pants, they should compliment each other as well.

Dresses and skirts are pretty much a wide range. Pencil skirts/dresses look good on hourglass shapes. It comes in at the waist and fits great around your curves. Still stay at the knee length with your dresses and skirts its really more flattering compared to going shorter. Wrap dresses and blouses pull the fabric in at the skinniest part of your body frame. But this does not work well with petite hour glass shapes. Ruffles and bows can be cute but try not to over do it or stay away from them in the wrong places. They can add volume and will take away from your curves.

Jeans and pants again look great on your shape when tailored. 3 of the four shapes are common with the pants. Your hips are something we want to pull the eye from. Wide leg hem pants, flares, are great and paired with heels bring the eyes up and down and will give you a leaner look. Skinny jeans can be worn with caution; they will make you look shirt and stout, mainly in the one with short legs. Then again long legs added with a pair of heels and skinny jeans will add the extra length.

Any questions please feel free to ask I will answer the best I can. The apple shape in women.

The next topic of sizes in women is the apple body shape. Having the apple shape means that your body appears to be top heavy, you will have a full chest and upper back with little to no waist definition. If there's more weight around the torso you'll fall into this category. Most apples have fabulous legs and an attention grabber bust.

When you're an apple you want to wear clothing that will define your waistline since your body doesn't really show it. When you pick the right clothing they can hide all of the extra weight and you appear to be much thinner.
A color scheme for apples can start with wearing back or white or wear them together. When you mix the two just right the black will downplay certain areas while the white will bring emphasis. Also try and color block, for example if you wear a yellow shirt take a belt at the empire waist and add a black belt, this breaks up your waist to appear slimmer. To accomplish your waistline lean more toward tops that will skim past your midsection but make sure that that it nips right below your bust. They should have an empire line, long tops and tunic shirts and add a belt, a dark wide waist belt, if you are very full in your midsection go for a belt that has some stretch. You don't want something too tight because this will not flatter your shape at all. A long shirt and/or a blouse that flows that stops at the hip line is perfect.
You will defiantly won't to stay away from tops with details. These will widen and highlight your non existent waistline and will bring the eye straight to your midsection. Let's get down to the cut of your neckline on your shirts. Go for a low v-neck, yes apples are bustier but don't go so low it brings the eye straight to your bust. The v-neck will flatten your body and will make your torso look slimmer. This will bring the human eye to look down and not side by side.

We all love jeans but on an apple body shape you want your jeans to balance your top heavy body figure. The cut of the hem should be wide either at the thighs or the knee. The best are flare pants and boot cut. I know skinny jeans are popular but not so much on apple shapes, they will make you look bigger. If you do wear skinny jeans the next alternative are straight cut balance with eye catching shoes of knees high boots. The knee highs will ad balance.

As said before apples have great legs and of course you should want to show them. The types of skirt cuts you'd lean towards are asymmetrical, at the knee flare and right below the knee to name a few. Try and stick with longer skirts because short skirts will highlight your midsection and make you look blocky.

    Find your pear shape.

This week we will be talking about the shapes of women. Now we know no two women are the same but there are categories of shapes the female body does fall under. Depending on who you talk to or where you get your information there could be a lot of shapes for a woman; some go by triangle, inverted triangle, rectangle, hour glass, diamond or rounded... Well now I'm not taking you to algebra so we will focus on 4 and I don't want it to be too over whelming so the 4 basic body shapes are the hour glass, pear, straight and apple. Now the sound of fruit sounds a lot more fun ; )

This post will be on the pear shape, the pear is the most common shape among women. No matter if you are tall, short, heavy weight or skinny, anyone can can be a pear shape. In a nutshell common pears are bottom heavy. How to determine the pear shape it's common for the hips and backside to be wider than the shoulders and they typically have a smaller bustline. But if you seem to have the right proportions of a pear but a bigger bust you could be put in the hour glass body shape.

Some celebs that are pear shapes are: Beyoncé, Tyra Banks, and Rihanna just to name a few.
There are certain places on every shape of body you want to put your most focus on to take away from looking oblong or wider. A woman of a pear shape should place attention to the upper half of her body. You can take embellishment around your neckline to naturally draw the human eye up toward the slimmest part of your pear shaped body. If you love big necklaces this should suit you well, you can also find embellished shirts and dresses; this helps out your shape and it can appear as a necklace as well, two birds with one stone. If you are not into a lot of bling, scarves do great as well to catch the eye.

                                                    Sabine Vintage Multi Pendant Necklace
Layers aren't something you have to wear only for the winter to keep warm. For the pear body shape layers balance the body by adding a visual and flattering interest to the top half of the body. The color matters as well, try and go for more bright colors and prints and the shirts shouldn't stop at you hips, this will draw much unwanted attention. For bottoms go for darker, solid colors. Now not always black but try and stay darker. Just as long as the pants are darker than your shirts. The big no-no are prints on your bottoms, they will make you look more bottom heavy.

Now lets talk about certain cuts of tops and bottoms, because too baggy or the wrong neckline can make or well smash your pear. You can play around with necklines on tops and dresses. Try out a deeper, more plunging neckline; this will elongate your upper body. Test out a tunic dress or top but you need to make sure it fits properly, tunics will bring out your arms and it will make your body appear taller and leaner. When I say make, sure it fits right, you don't want a tunic dress or top to be clingy, especially around the belly and/or hips. You will know they fit properly because it will cover everything underneath, you will look clean and have an elongating line.

                                                    MILLY, Milly Catalina Beaded Tunic
The pears pant, skirt and dress should have a wide hem. Again this will elongate you and the taller your appear you look more slim. Just like the more you stand up straight you appear to be more slim and taller. A-line skirts are a big plus and stay away from pleats and side pockets.
For the jean lovers flares look great on a pear. They are fitted at the hips and wider at the bottom taking the eye going down away from your hips.

A lot to take in but it's a start to get all you pears a base to go from. Being a pear isn't the end of the world, any round shape woman seem to get upset. What is important is that you love you for who you are and you're comfortable with yourself and your body. Don't let the clothes wear you, you wear the clothes and walk like the sidewalk is your runway.

Keep in touch and in the discussions on my Facebook page and I'm creating a look book so you can have a visual of full outfits for the pear shape body. Even if you know more or you are a pear shape and you found something that works for you I encourage you to share, I take as much input and advice as the next person.

Thanks for reading and the apple, hourglass and straight will be up later in the week.

    What body type are you?

We all know that not every female body is the same. We all run around a certain body type. In the next week I will suggest ways to dress your certain type, how to pick out which body type you lean towards more and some look books for each individual body type that will be from my Keaton Row lookbook site; here is an example of one.

    http://keatonrow.com/lookbook/5189d31a8b3358d54a000692

Here are the four shapes that will be discussed in the next week. We have the hour glass shape, the pear shape, straight or some call boy body shape and then we have the apple.

A thing to remember about shapes is that there may have been a time that you where an hour glass shape or a apple shape when you where younger but as the female body goes through puberty, children and in general life changes so can your general body shape. No one shape is better than the next and that's what our young girls today really need to understand. So my next posts this week women share this with your daughters, friends young girls even your girlfriends who are struggling with body issues I want to help you find what makes you comfortable with your body.

Throughout the week I will pin point each shape and have a post on does and donts for that body shape, how to determine which shape you have and coinciding look books as I stated before and please feel free to contact me to make your personal look book with me. I can be your personal stylists anytime and anywhere.

The badges are unlocked by questions that surround around your lifestyle. Each month they pick so many people to qualify for a box and you have a time limit to okay that you will take the invite and they give out final notices to who will be getting one. So you have to stay up on the site and check out emails. After you get your boxes you review, post, record, talk, tag, pin... It's all in the name. You influence people to try the products you got and even influence them to sign up with Influenster. It's fun and it's great to see what other people thing of the same products. So... Lets get to the fun part shall we
    : )
Here is my box and how it came all packaged up.

In each box you will get this Influenster card. It has all of the products in them and their approximate pricing. It gives a little background on the product as well. Very handy : )

These are Kiss Nail Dress nail art that is like stickers for your fingers; and even your toes. When I say stickers they really are stickers. I have used these a couple months ago and you just find your nail size of the many they have in the packet press firmly on your nails and file down what is hanging over and you are done. I had mine on for weeks. I did the dishes, showers, I work with my hands and everyone always said, " Who does your nails??" I told them they were just the fashion stickers and they always had to have a closer look and couldnt believe it. They come in various colors, some with 3d rhinestones it's amazing. I have issues keeping polish on my nails so these are PERFECT!! They last longer than actual polish. Price is $6.99
I know many have seen the Truvia commercials. This is the natural sweetener or sugar substitute. What makes it a great sub is that it has no calories. So for my fellow calorie counters this might be a good sub for you. This specific sample size has 8 packets in them with a 75 cent off coupon. The price for a 40ct is $3.99. I did just use a packet in my coffee. You can add to coffee, any fruit or pretty much anything you see yourself adding sugar to. I was not a fan of the slight after taste I have noticed just about every sweetener has but it was not as bad as the other brands I have tried so I may just try it out for a week and see if I become a real Truvia fan.
This just might be every girls favorite of the items : ) Ghirardelli Gourmet Milk Creamy Devotion Bar is $2.99. I am very familiar with there chocolate, I am a huge fan of the caramel filled. This one taste very smooth and milky... hence the name. It's soft and fluffy lol It's really the best way I can describe it, it goes down smooth and just melts on your tongue if you just leave it there. Full size breakable bars with a lovely coupon I will be using.
I never thought I would be so excited about a razor but with this one I am. This is the Gillette Venus & Olay razor. These two amazing brands are teaming up and have made a 5 blade razor with Olay moisture bars. This will help lock in moisture and keep skin feeling very soft. This will be so great for me because I have eczema which is just excessive dry skin and I am always trying to keep as much moisture in as possible. I definitely use Venus products and I love Olay so I am excited to use this one and see how well it works. The head of the razor is so flexible it will easily curve with your body. Check out my video to see how I show that it bends. http://www.youtube.com/model4yourlife Seeing it will be a lot more convincing : ) You can get this new product between $8.99-$10.99

Another kick for my calorie, health, fit friends : ) This is Stash Tea Herbal tea sampler. These are all natural and my favorite part, caffeine free teas made from 100% natural ingredients. The sampler comes with 9 different flavors of 2 packets each of tea. I tried the Lemon Ginger and loved it. It was nice and warm, went down smooth and it really awakend me actually. I am a lemon juice, lemon eater and so I was sold on that one. I am sure I will like the Acai Berry and I've heard that the Chamomile works wonders my mom said she loves it. These teas you can get for $3.50
So here we are. All of the items I got from Influenster that I am very happy to try and I hope I can talk to many of you who have gotten a Love VoxBox and those who have gone out to try these great items if not all of them I hope you at least try one. Again to be in Influenster and try great products go to http://www.influenster.com make a profile and start earning your badges.

    BeachBody Lets get fit!!

Beauty is skin deep right... well of course, you are what you eat... CORRECT.
I am a busy bee and I am also a BeachBody coach and I stand by their products and workouts. I started TurboJam from BeachBody's many work outs and I love it. It's dancing, it's core, it's cardio, it's toning it EVERYTHING. I lost my desired 20lbs from Feb - May roughly. This was no biggest loser. That time frame was lost the healthy way. I counted calories with my fitness pal app which is alot easier than I thought. Did my turbo jam workouts alternating abs cardio and hula hooping... yes hula hooping for 30min a day : ) and I lost weight a healthy way not working out 24 hours a day (exaggerating) or cutting out carbs or drinking liquids for 7 days. I just worked out more than what I put in my mouth.. yeah it's that simple : )

But anywho I wanted to inform people about BeachBody's shakeology it is a meal suppliment but not like any other. It comes with recipes on how you can mix it in to just about any of your favorite fruits and even COFFEE! I tried it and it was like a healthy latte I love it. I drank a shakeology and I felt like I had eaten an entire meal and I was full for breakfast and then around lunch I probably just had a small snack and did not over do it how I normally would when lunch came around because I felt like I was dieing of hunger lol

Shakeology give you energy, makes you feel full, has fiber, NO CAFFEINE, it helps your muscles so when you have those long workouts it's actually helping feed them and keeps them healthy, can help keep you regular ; ) it has vitamins in it that help your body naturally curve hunger and get this, it can help lower you chances for heart attacks, high blood pressure and strokes!!! I could go on and on but just check it out for yourself. http://www.myshakeology.com/kreese217

Let me know what you think and some workouts I love from BeachBody are Turbo Jam, Insanity, Hip Hop abs and Yoga Booty Ballet.. check out where you can sign up and order some of the workouts http://www.beachbodycoach.com/kreese217

2012 lets get fit and healthy

HELLO YELLOW Bath & Body Works semi annual sale

Yes it is here!! the big Semi Annual sale at Bath and Body works that I absolutely love. So I decided to just blog about what I got instead of just making a youtube video... I hate showing more love one way lol  so here we ware. Bath and Body works you can find items for $5 50-75% off! Now come on if you wont get off your butt to get that deal then.... Im so very sorry lol
First off I will show what wallflowers I got. I got my first wallflower a couple of weeks ago and I got Japanese Cherry Blossom in the two pack and I love it. The scent stay constant, it does not get hot and you dont have to turn it on and off. So I went and got....

I love this scent. to me it's a very warming smell. Something that I love for winter, it's not too sweet and not overpowered with the fireside.
The aromatherapy wallflower for sleep I say works. I was so relaxed and calmed the second the scent started filling the room and I slept really well that night. I use this about every other night.. when I remember to change the wallflower.

There are daily deals... well daily lol and one day there were $5 fragrance mists. I just needed to restock on my sensual amber and this scent is by far my top favorite. It's not strong but it is a sensual smell :) hence the name. I would recommend the small for one one going on a hot date, with that special someone ages 23-35 that's just my opinion.

Everyone likes to keep their hands clean so i recommend carrying a pocket bac on you purse. You can buy the cute holders for them. I someones have them hanging on each purse and even hang one on my belt buckle when I go to work so i can clean my hands when needed. The scent I got is just out for the Hello Yellow sale and I normally dont like anything plum/grape but I love this one. I also have sprinkle vanilla cookie scent and chocolate chunk.

Hip hop plum. I love it. You can get pocket bacs in scents that say your personality and this definitely states mine. I do love it. This one was 50 cents : ) you can get 5 for $5 and a select few for 75 scents. they are normally $1.50 just to keep that in mind. I've had a lot more shopping at BBW and you can see all of that at my youtube channel of my haul of other fantastic items that I got.
Don't forget to shop there right now and you can get a coupon to get 20% off your next purchase and dont forget to sign up your email for even more greater deals!!!

So go get your shop on : ) all quantities are limited as well as daily deals change.... daily what is on sale today will not be tomorrow it will be something else. keep that in mind : )

HAPPY NEW YEAR Bring in 2012

I hope everyone had a fun and safe new year. I had to wait a couple days and catch up after my hardcore new years celebrations and recouporating   : ) as a whole I had a great time with my lady friends and I hope to do it again for my up coming birthday in Feb.

Anywho... I wanted to share some awesome new years eve haul of shopping and my outfit for the night.  I did not do too much shopping bc I have a shopping problem lol I will admit and if I added one more outfit to decided from for what to wear that night all of my friends would have just left me home and said figure it out before 2012 then come meet us lol

2012 outfit... no i did not do the traditional lets wear glitter here and oh in my hair, wait lets even had glitter to my underwear.... yeah im not a big follower  : ) I had some bling don't get me wrong but I was out to please no one and just have a great time.  I ended up wearing my flats most of the night after running around and dancing and gambling on the casino boat lol I kept them in my tote just in case. But here they are.

I bought them from JcPenny they were on sale for $20 great glitter heels that are good not just for New Years but for any night out with the girls. They are actually pretty comfy which if you know me... I think every pair of heels are comfortable lol
Bracelet came from Girle Boutique very cute and I want to say it was $5.

I hope your 2012 is going very well and all your resolutions are under way : ) I know mine is and I will not break it. I usually never do. It's all about self control and which Americans do have a hard time controlling lol have fun and keep fashion alive : )

    To 2012

    Pure Silk Shave Cream

    Pure Silk Shave Cream

I just wanted to talk a little bit about pure Silk Shave Cream. I was going through some reviews on Influenster.com and what influenster is it's a free site you can sign up for and each month you try and earn a vox box that is filled with sample to full size items of beauty, fashion, technology etc items. It all depends on what badges you unlock. Well I was just going across some of the items that have been in 2011 vox boxes and I came across the Pure silk shave cream and I just wanted to add and let people know that this was my very first shave cream that I have ever used and I still love it. I have eczema and the shave cream always leaves my legs feeling smooth and soft, I never find myself shaving as often when I use Pure Silk products. I even us it on my underarms and it always works just as well because no one like under arm hair. But I would recommend their products to my best friend, followers etc. Try it out and let me know what you think.

This is something big and exciting. If you have not heard of a beauty box, wow are you missing out. A beauty box is a box put together by a company and beauty companies fill this box with their product. Either it be samples or full item beauty products.

Well.... Dare 2 Vogue is mine a good friends new beauty box company called Dare 2 Vogue. We will not only be having beauty items but fashion items as well. Each month boxes will be placed for sale for only $10! Some beauty boxes will reach $30 but ours will always be $10 and will range from 4-10 items.  On the 1st of each month limited qty's of Dare 2 Vogue beauty boxes will be released and people can enjoy. We encourage recipients to blog, vlog (youtube) about Dare 2 Vogue beauty boxes and give the businesses inside recognition and link to their viewers. We will also have more of home based and small businesses in our box rather than name brands. We have to show support for those of us who still love to make great products by hand and who are the little guys. So the launch will be Feb 1, 2012.
